Teaching Model

Our kindergarten implements project approach and holistic innovative approach as main teaching model. Together with facilitation of peer groups, experiential learning and inspirational visitations, we provide a joyful and fun atmosphere for authentic exposures to learning.

 

Lessons' Content Design

In 2007, we joined and partnered with the Holistic Innovative Education Programme with a vision to improve the quality of lesson through elements of holistic innovative education. With the aim for an advanced regime of teaching, we instill a motivation for every single child's characters embracing the qualities of "cheerful voice, warmest heart, joyful teachers, happy students." We provide a holistic education and set up the cornerstone for life learning.

Holistic Innovative Education emphasizes multi-sensory learning. Combining practices of discussion and inter-personal cooperation, merging into an overall enhancement of skills in: collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, study plan with fulfillment and completion. 

Kids are active and self-motivated participants in the learning process. Teachers' role is encouragers and supporters who empower every kid to learn and grow up.(www.ahied.org.hk)

  • Recruit 3 - 6 years old
  • Whole-Day Kindergarten; partial school bill is paid by parents

  • Targets: 2 - 6 years old
  • Teacher - Student Ratio: 1 to 10
  • Religion: Christian

 

Time for Activities

  • Opening hours: 8 am - 6 pm
  • Class begins: 8 am - 9 am
  • Class dismiss: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
