The foundation of School

During 1997, The Yuen Long Church was utilized as children educational development centre. Mr. Chow Wing Hong, a member of the Yuen Long Church generously donated 10 million dollars titled under his deceased wife's precious name: Chow Sung Chu Oi.

The Chow Sung Chu Oi Kindergarten was established in December, 2000. The school started providing kids' education in April of 2001.
